Golf bookings are available to MGK members with valid and recognised:

Proficiency Certificate (PC)
OR
Handicap Index

If your PC or handicap information has yet to be updated, please email the necessary document(s) to My Golf Kaki (MGK) for verification and updating as soon as possible.


IMPORTANT:
1) Please provide valid MGK membership card for golf registration. MGK membership card is strictly non-transferable among golfers. OCC reserves the right to disallow play should golfers fail to produce the required documents. Any member found misusing the membership may face stern disciplinary action and there will be no refund of golfing fees.

2) MGK membership and Golf Passes does not include access to OCC social facilities

3) Please ensure your MGK membership profile is updated with all the necessary information.

How to Book a Golf Game at OCC
Booking requests can be submitted via Google Form during stipulated golf booking schedule times.

a) Members can book using the Google Form, from Tue 9pm until Thu 2pm for the following week Mon to Sun (Eg. Bookings open from Tue to Thu, 2 to 4 May, 12pm to 2pm for play between Mon, 8 May to Sun, 14 May).
The Google Form will cease after 31 March 2025. 

b) A minimum of 3 golfers is required for bookings.

Other Fees:
1.If no handicap card is produced, a Certification Test must be completed. Certification Test is $10.90 (incl. 9% GST) per pax (To be tested at driving range before golf game. No refund will be issued).
2.Golfers’ Insurance - $5.45 nett

1. Only 1 x 18-hole game is allowed per day. There are no restrictions on playing 9 holes.
2. 9-hole Walking is not available for MGK members.
3. The Main Booker cannot be changed. If the Main Booker is unable to play, the flight will be canceled and there shall be no refund of the golfing fee paid.
4. The following combinations are allowed for MGK members signing in Guests:
   1. 1 MGK members + 3 Guests
   2. 2 MGK members + 2 Guests
   3. 3 MGK members + 1 Guest
5. It is important to note that only changes within the same category are allowed:
   1. MGK member to MGK member
   2. Guest to Guest
6. Registration at OCC Golf Counter for the validation and verification of MGK membership and handicap is required.
7. Any modification / cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of play to avoid penalties or additional charges.
8. For any no-show on the day of play or cancellation made within 48 hours prior to the date of play, there shall be no refund of the golfing fee paid.
9. Refunds for changes or cancellations will be processed according to OCC’s policies and maybe subject to administrative fees.
10. The course availability is subject to maintenance schedule, weather conditions and Club events. OCC reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to such conditions.
11. Junior golfers are not permitted to book tee times. For safety reasons, a junior golfer must be accompanied by an adult golfer with a valid golf handicap.
12. Juniors aged 18 and below are not allowed to drive the buggy unless they have prior written approval from OCC Golf Management, and the Buggy Usage Indemnity Form (for ages 16-18) is completed and signed by the parent.
13. All golfers must possess a valid and recognised Proficiency Certificate (PC) or Handicap Index. If the PC or handicap information has yet to be updated, please email the necessary document(s) to My Golf Kaki (MGK) for verification and updating as soon as possible.
14. It is essential for all golfers to have valid golfer insurance during a round of golf.
15. All players must adhere to the OCC’s dress code and golf course etiquette. Golfers failing to adhere to standards may be denied access to the golf course.
16. MGK membership and golf passes do not include access to OCC Social facilities such as the gym or swimming pool.
17. MGK members and their guests who violate rules and regulations may be subject to disciplinary action.
18. MGK members and their guests using promotional discount vouchers are required to make golf bookings via OCC Golfing office.
19. OCC reserves the right to amend or update the T&Cs at any time.

1. Golfers who have played 3 holes and less when inclement weather affects play, and cannot resume play due to prolonged suspension and/or voluntarily give up the game will be charged 9-hole golfing rates, excluding golf passes and promotional golfing rates.
2. Golfers whose tee time is affected by the suspension of play and have not teed off can receive a full refund, including golf passes and promotional golfing rates.
3. OCC may, in its absolute discretion and without prior notice or assigning any reasons, suspend or modify the control of play for the purpose of meeting special contingencies.

Access to Golfing Practice Facilities (From 10 June 2024)
MGK members can now access golfing practice facilities at OCC, including the putting, bunkering and chipping greens.
 
Choose from: 9 – 11am OR 2 – 4pm
*10 slots per session.
 
How:

• MGK members can collect a wristband from Golf Hub between 9am – 4pm, on the day of the visit (subject to availability).
• Wristbands will be issued on a first come, first served basis (subject to availability). Members must collect their wristbands in person and no reservations are allowed.
• Choose from either of the time slots: 9 – 11am OR 2 – 4pm

 
Terms and conditions:

• Only available on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
• Wristbands are to be worn at all times while using the facilities.
• Compliance with the dress code, rules, and regulations outlined in the Golf Byelaws is mandatory.
