1) Handicap Transfer In
If you wish to transfer your handicap maintenance from another club and have an account in the Singapore Centralised Handicapping System (CHS), please inform your current/previous home club to enable the transfer via CHS to Orchid Country Club (MGK).

For all other cases, please contact your current/previous home club to obtain your handicap scoring records. Please provide proper documentation of the handicap information officially endorsed by the club for review. The documents can be submitted via email or in person to the My Golf Kaki office.


2) Handicap Transfer Out
If you wish to transfer your handicap maintenance to another club, please email us with the following information:-
- Your My Golf Kaki membership details (Name & Membership Number)
- Your new home club & membership number


3) Insurance Coverage
As a member of My Golf Kaki, you are automatically covered under the complimentary (standard) NTUC Income’s Golfers Insurance Policy. Premium upgrade option is available for those who wish to enjoy lower deductible excess for golf equipment. The policy jacket coverage is as below.

Please be reminded that this policy is not a travel insurance and may not cover damaged or lost claims during transit. You are advised to take up a personal travel insurance for peace of mind. 

Description		Sum Insured
Golfing Equipment Covers loss of or damage to Golfing Equipment (including golf clubs, golf bags and caddie cars/buggy) due to accident loss or theft whilst in any golf course or whilst in transit to and from the golf course. Deductible excess for each & every loss as below: - Standard Insurance : S$250 (worldwide) & S$500 (Malaysia only) - Premium Insurance : S$200 (worldwide) & S$50 (Singapore only)		$2,000 per insured person & in the annual aggregate
Hole-in-One Reimburses, up to the sum insured, the expenses incurred for cost of hospitality (ie: food & beverages) incurred anywhere within 30 days from achieving a Hole-in-One (amended to 30 days with effect from April 2015)		S$500 Per Incident
Liability to the Public Insures against 3rd party claims for bodily injury or property damage caused by Insured’s negligence whilst playing or practicing golf on any golf course or driving range. Including legal costs and expenses incurred with the Insurer’s consent		S$1,500,000 Any One Accident and Unlimited Any One Period
Personal Accident Compensates for death, temporary total disablement or permanent disablement (please refer to full policy for details) caused by accidental means whilst playing golf on any golf course or driving range		S$50,000 Per Insured Person
Medical Expenses Pays for medical expenses including TCM treatment, chiropractic treatment, bone setting, acupuncture and treatment by qualified and licensed Chinese Physician, incurred as a result of bodily injury caused by accidental means whilst playing golf on any golf course or driving range (subject to expenses incurred within 12 months of the accident)		S$1,500 Per Insured Person Any One Incident

Territorial Limits: Any Golf Course Worldwide
