1) Promotion is only valid for NEW referrals' registration made from 1 - 31 October 2013.
2) Referrer's (existing member) Name and NRIC must be quoted to My Golf Kaki staff to be eligible for the promotion.
3) Any NEW referred members' registration that is done online must be followed by an e-mail notification on the same day
     to be eligible for the promotion.
     Please email the Name and NRIC of both referrer (existing member) and NEW referred member to contact@mygolfkaki.com.
4) Referred members (NEW signups) must collect the gifts during the promotion period (1 - 31 October 2013).
     Any gifts uncollected from 1 November 2013 onwards will be deemed void.
5) Referrer (existing member) will be notified of the gift(s) collection after the promotion has ended.
6) Promotion is only available for collection at My Golf Kaki main office located at 80 Rhu Cross #01-02 Singapore 437437.
